Good place and a good value for money. But tv recepetion was no good and wifi was unusable.
The employees were very kind and attentive; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had good variety and quality was good as well; Pool facilities were good and the entertainment was very good. Kudos to the entertainment staff.
Half of English channels on the room tv were not working, we reached out to the reception 3 times in 3 different days to have it fixed but it never worked. WiFi in the property was very bad not usable at all. If there are multiple people in the pool connected to the wifi you will not have a decent connection (sometimes even opening a simple website was not possible). We did reach out to the reception due to this issue but they said they could not assist. So, no tv in the room nor wifi, pretty disappointing experience considering the rest.

Cleanness of the room, animation guy (entertainment guy). Monica at the reception was very helpful. The food quality was also nice.
The vibe; the age range at this hotel is between 50-70 years old.

good selection of food and cocktails within the All Inclusive package.
the entertainment was really good throughout the day but came to an end by 10:30pm most evenings.
